RealAdvice is a fast-growing, technology-first commercial real estate fintech company that’s transforming how our industry operates. We are seeking a full-time administrative officer, with commercial real estate title experience. We have a motivated and highly skilled team that works in a challenging analytical environment. We are looking for somebody who works collaboratively across teams, and is excited to be part of this cutting-edge enterprise. Specifically, someone who has strong research skills, astute attention to details, and enjoys a dynamic workday. You will be reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer while performing various duties ranging from answering phones, office management, real estate research, invoicing, and client relations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Paralegal certification (preferred)
• 2 years commercial title experience or a Master’s in Real Estate from an accredited institution
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and strong time management skills
• Strong client communication skills
• Perform administrative functions and prepare communication as required
• Maintain an awareness and sensitivity to timelines with a proactive nature
• Technology oriented: we require our candidates to be very comfortable with learning new technologies, and prefer they have experience with Office365, database systems, Customer Relationship Management systems, and cloud technology platforms. We are a cloud-based and Apple-based business.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials

Education:

Experience:

• Commercial Title Experience: 2 years (Preferred), would also consider a candidate with a Master’s of Science in Real Estate

Language:

• Fluent written and verbal English (Required)

License/Certification:
