Support recording sessions by maintaining accurate scripts and tracking script changes, pickups, revisions, and other adjustments made during production.

Collaborate closely with dubbing directors, recording engineers, production staff, adapters, and other members of the localization team to address script-related questions and issues.

Track script status and workflow milestones to help ensure materials are prepared and delivered according to production schedules.

Coordinate script-related deliverables across multiple projects while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.

Review and compare source materials, translations, adaptations, reference materials, and production documentation as necessary to identify inconsistencies or potential issues.

Perform other related duties as assigned based on production and business needs.

Demonstrated experience reviewing or working extensively with scripts in a production setting.

Strong understanding of dialogue, story continuity, character consistency, and the relationship between written scripts and recorded performance.

Excellent written English skills, including grammar, spelling, punctuation, and proofreading.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies that may affect recording quality or downstream production.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment where priorities and schedules may change quickly.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both creative and technical teams.

Sound judgment and the ability to resolve routine production issues independently while recognizing when escalation is appropriate.

Comfortable working with digital production tools, shared documentation, spreadsheets, databases, and workflow-management systems.

Ability to handle confidential and pre-release entertainment content with discretion and in accordance with strict content-security requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a professional dubbing or localization studio.

Experience supporting ADR, voice recording, animation, or other dialogue-intensive production environments.

Knowledge of timecode, recording scripts, pickups, retakes, and common post-production terminology.

Experience working with episodic television, feature films, animation, or other high-volume entertainment content.
