Web Developer

Required Qualifications

Experience

10+ years of professional software development experience.
7+ years of hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
3+ years of experience building applications with Next.js, including:
- App Router
- Server Components
- Modern rendering strategies
Proven experience implementing Micro-Frontend architectures using Services As Fragments.

Frontend Technologies

Strong expertise in:
- React
- Next.js
- TypeScript
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- HTML5
- CSS3
- SCSS/SASS
- CSS Modules
- Tailwind CSS

Accessibility & Internationalization

Deep understanding of:
- Responsive Web Design
- Mobile-First Development
- WCAG 2.1 AA Accessibility Standards
- i18next / React-Intl
- Globalization and Localization Strategies

Build Systems & Deployment

Hands-on experience with:
- Webpack
- Vite
- Package Bundling and Optimization
- CI/CD Automation
- Blue/Green Deployments
- Canary Releases

Analytical Thinking & Communication

Demonstrated success in:
- Complex troubleshooting
- Frontend performance tuning
- Architectural decision-making
- Technical writing and documentation
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Design Collaboration

Experience conducting design reviews and implementing design systems from Figma.
Strong understanding of design tokens and component-driven development.

AI Readiness

Active user of AI-assisted software development tools.
Ability to adapt rapidly to emerging AI technologies and workflows.
Experience leveraging AI to improve engineering velocity, quality, and developer productivity.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Retail, Fintech, Merchant Services or Financial Platforms.
Understanding of:

- PCI-Compliant Environments
